Honestly, I didn’t expect this much attention to detail. The jewellery itself is great, but the packaging was such a nice surprise and way beyond what I expected. The pouches even had colour stickers on them, which was really thoughtful. Customer service was excellent too, with fast and helpful responses. The whole experience was great and I’ll definitely be coming back. The little gifts were lovely as well X
