📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

🏬 Warehouse & Order Fulfilment

We operate two fulfilment warehouses:

  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • China

Orders are shipped based on stock availability and the warehouse closest to your delivery destination, to ensure efficient fulfilment.

  • Most UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
  • In cases where an item is out of stock in the UK, it may be shipped from our China warehouse.
  • UK orders shipped from China may experience longer delivery times than standard UK domestic shipping.

For all international orders, we dispatch items from the nearest warehouse with available stock.


🇬🇧 UK Orders Shipping

Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping on orders over £50 (Excluding Jewellery)
  • Orders under £50: £2.99 Standard Shipping (Royal Mail/Evri) (Excluding Jewellery)
  • Around £5.50 Fast Shipping (Royal Mail/Evri) – recommended if you want faster delivery  (Excluding Jewellery)

Important Notes:

  • Sometimes, depending on stock availability at our UK warehouse, jewellery items may be shipped from our China warehouse. In such cases, delivery times may vary
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays once the order is with Royal Mail/Evri/DPD/any other courier service.
  • If your address is incorrect and the package is returned, you are responsible for reshipment costs.

🌍 EU & US Orders Shipping

All EU and US orders are shipped via Tracked & Insured international courier selected by MysteryGiftBag.Shipping Fees:

  • EU & US Shipping (price shown at checkout)

Important Notes:

  • Shipping includes tracking and insurance for loss or damage.
  • Delivery estimates do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees – these are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If packages are returned due to unpaid fees or incorrect address, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ Customer Notes

  • Address: Provide a full, correct residential or business address. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
  • Delays & Loss: Once packages are handed to the carrier, MysteryGiftBag is not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
  • USA & EU orders include all import taxes and customs fees — no extra charges for you
  • All other countries: Customs duties and taxes are NOT included and must be paid by the customer
  • If you fail to collect your package or arrange redelivery and it is returned, you are responsible for reshipment costs.Forced returns are not accepted.
  • Lost or damaged shipments are covered by insurance. MysteryGiftBag will assist with claims for replacement or refund.
